My academic work connects management, operations, analytics, strategy, and emerging technology with problems I have encountered across technology and service organizations. I completed the University of Nevada, Reno Executive MBA with experience in IT operations and delivery, using that experience as a practical context for studying strategy, finance, operations, organizational science, and data-informed decision making. My current learning extends into applied artificial intelligence, agentic systems, project management, and advanced process improvement, with an emphasis on turning formal study into usable methods, systems, and evidence.
